Breast Infection Without Fever?

I’m seeing my doctor today but looking for insight from others as well. I’m breastfeeding and my left breast is slightly swollen with pinkness around the nipples and soreness on the one side. There is hardness there but compressible. I feel weak but no fever…..is it just sore? Or is an infection prominent?
