Whats Wröng With Me?! Need Help Plzzz?

k its like this, im 20yr female n since i smal i have been v v curious with regards to pregnancy labor lactation breast feeding sex mastrubation etc And i have alwaz played being raped, had sex, got pregnant and then breastfeedg Al thís when m al alone at my house This is stil done now! I love mimicking a pregnancy by actualy having a tummy of stuffing a smal pilow etc and then breast feeding a doll as size o a baby By actualy removing out my breast out of the bra o clothing and geting d nipple at d mouth of the doll I seem to get satisfied and then stop Why do i do this? And every time i say i wont do it i jus start over and cnt stop M not sexualy active and m not in any relationship and iv been doing this since iz 7yr o so! Can some 1 tel me why?!? N i dont mastrubate too I am studying in medical field and know al the condition but yet go to do such things! Help Plz no rude comments!

past few weeks i have been having all kinds of pregnancy syptoms:
nuasa
vagina swollen ( no burning or itching )
a pissed period
a postive pregnancy test.
butterflies here in there in my stomach
extremly more tired then normal.
eating more then normal
and craving things i dnt normally eat.
nipples r sore and darker then normal
& gurgling in stomach.
I aucgtly had two postive pregnancy test..
Today i woke up with light cramps that wont go away and bleeding.
Not heavy bleeding.
More like kinda heavey spotting with cramps.
Is this normal? is the baby ok? am i still pregnant? help? ):

I’ve Had To Go Back Into Hospital After Giving Birth, Can I Go Back To Breastfeeding?

The day after I gave birth to my baby girl I had to be rushed back into hospital with what is now diagnosed with kidney problems & bad infections causing me lots of pain and having to stay away from my newborn for nearly a week. While I have been here I was given morphine as pain relief, which is why I had to stop breastfeeding, also I was in too much pain to be up to it so I made the decision to put her on formula. I am currently on strong antibiotics and am looking to go home in the few days after i’ve made a full recovery. My breast milk has come through while I have been here and was just wondering if there was any chance I could continue breastfeeding once out? I was doing it before I came in. Professional advice and anyone who has been in the same situations advice would be much appreciated, thanks.

Breast Feeding Baby With Iugr?

The doctors just diagnosed the baby with IUGR, they’ll induce me Thursday. She’ll be 37 weeks but her size is estimated to be body: 32 weeks and her head: 34 weeks. So she will be deliver full term but her size is that of a premature baby. I want to breast feed without pumping or bottle feeding cause I hear women loose their breast milk a lot that way and end up feeding formula. So my question is basicilly, will it be possible because of her size? Anybody with experience, please let me know.

Stomach Flu Or Possible Signs Of Preterm Labor?

I’m 23 weeks pregnant and having cramps, diarrhea, and nausea. I’ve been feeling this way for a few hours now and drinking water isn’t helping. Its the middle of the night and I know the stomach flu has been going around so I don’t want to over react but my cramps feel an awful lot like contractions and I’m also having lower back pain. I’ve already decided to call my doc first thing in the morning if I’m still feeling bad. Do you think this sounds like a simple stomach flu or something more serious?
*with my last pregnancy I started having contractions way early and they had to give me a shot and moniter me in the hospital for awhile

Hello everyone I will try to make this short,please see if you can help me NOT CRITICIZE me….i have always been a perfectionist,overachiever, however after dealing with overwhelming pressure to become a doctor and somehow convincing myself I couldnt make it, I dropped out and heavily used drugs and became addicted to the party life,desperate for attention in every way possible. I got raped a couple of times, then finally decided to attempt to better myself so I got certified as a cna and got a job at a very well known assisted living. I was happy with the attention and money I would get but seemed to lack in common sense. I met this man at my job, noticed his toughness and arrogance and somehow fell for him in a sexual way. I knew he was a huge flirt but couldnt stop having sex with him. within the first few months he would tell me things like he wants to get me pregnant and for some reason I liked it even though he treated me horrible. I then cried to him saying if he dosent want to lose me he has to get married to me. we got married and to my suprise he kept holding off moving in together. We wete in the process of getting a diivorce when I found out I was pregnant. My entire pregnancy was hell with him.ive heard rumors of him having sex and talking to multiple woman at his job and even geting fired for trying to have sex in his truck.he denies it of course. After I had my baby, I forced myself to go back to school. Now he is the sweetest man to me yet I am afraid ive lost emotion. I find myself keeping him around just for pleasure and companionship. I often day dream of what a real relationship may be like or if I can ever trust another man again. I am continually seeking and talking to different guys while I am still with him and I cant help it. I feel lost..like I dont know what I am doing. Now, can someone telle what is wrong with me? Why have I continued to always make bad choices to point where I ended up with a deadbeat husband?

Fenugreek To Increase Milk Supply?

I am not 100 percent sure but I’m beginning to think that I am not producing enough milk for my 8 month old daughter anymore. Yesterday she was super cranky even when I tried to nurse her so I decided to feed her a jar of baby food which she doesn’t really like to eat much and she ate the entire jar! She has never done that before so this really worries me. I try pumping but all I can get is half an ounce and that’s from both breasts in all! I used to be able get at least 4oz from each one not long ago I can’t even make her baby cereal or oatmeal anymore because I can’t get nothing out. So I was thinking of using fenugreek to help me out a bit. Does this stuff work?? Is it safe? Please let me know your experiences. Thanks.

Last Names Please Answer?

I’m almost 5 months pregnant with my first child. When I first found out I was pregnant I expressed my feelings about the babies last name to my boyfriend, saying I want to have the same last name as my baby. He said we would get married before or soon after the babies birth. Well it has been 4 months since that talk and nothing has been done. So I again expressed how I would like the baby to have the same name as me, and most likely that will be my last name, and he told me he wouldn’t claim the child then and wouldn’t stay with me. Am I crazy for wanting to have a baby with my name? I feel like he is just telling me what I want to hear in order to get me to do what he wants but has no plan of actually following through. Part of me feels like if he is going to make such a big deal out of it he isn’t worth my time because names can always be changed when we do get married. But another part of me feels like I am just supposed to live with it because that is what is expected. What do you think? Any suggestions on how I should talk to him about it?

My period finally came within two months of taking the medication without having to induce it with provera! Its now been a little over three months of taking the medication. I have been having some weird symptoms come up like excess discharge (TMI sorry) its either clear and watery like or kind of white. There is no itching or burning. or smell to the discharge. I have also been having period cramps with no bleeding and frequent headaches. Ive been extremely hungery and kind of emotional.
Im not really sure if these are signs of pregnancy or just pcos messing with me.

I took the morning after pill 3days ago 10hours after having unprotected sex. However today i have been having really bad back pains and stomach aches. How Can I Ever Forgive My Mother In Law?

My husband I have been married for over 2 years now. We have an 8 month old daughter who is the first grandchild on my husband’s side of the family. I have always gotten along with my in-laws. When I got married, my husband told me that my MIL has dealt with lots of mental issues over the years and says very offensive things to people alot without realizing this. Over the years, I have noticed and let things go. She also has some control issues and think she should still make decisions for my husband even though he is in his thirties and married.
When we had our daughter, we set boundaries for the grandparents. When they watch her, we give them her feeding schedule. My FIL has always been very respectful of these boundaries but my MIL not so much. She feeds our daughter food that we did not tell her too even though we packed the food we wanted her to eat. When we picked her up this weekend, my MIL decided to buy different bottles because she thought they were better than the Dr. Brown’s bottles that we had been using. Yesterday morning she came to pick up my daughter to watch her for the day. I very nicely said, “Hey if you want to buy baby stuff, toys and clothes are always ok but when it comes to baby supplies/feeding, we have already decided on everything and have everything we need so you don’t have to worry about spending your money on that. Plus our dr. told us to stick to one kind of bottle so we don’t want to switch and confuse her.”
Apparently, this offended her. She started screaming at me, “I went to medical school (she’s a nurse practioner). I know things about her that you don’t. I know what she needs, you don’t. You don’t know any better. You’ve never done this before. You didn’t go to medical school like I did so you don’t know what’s best for her!” She then continued to scream “I am her grandmother!!! I am her GRANDMOTHER!! I know what’s best for her. You don’t!” My MIL has never treated me like this before but I have heard lots of stories of when she was raising my husband and she had crazy moments like this. I got very angry and told her that I was the child’s mother and I know what’s best for her and if she can’t respect me as the child’s parent, she can not watch her anymore. She said “giving her a different bottle isn’t going to hurt her so why are you acting like I did something to hurt her?” I told her “I understand it didn’t hurt her. The point is that you are trying to change what I have already established and you are not following my directions. This is not your baby to decide what type of feeding she needs. If you watch her, you need to follow the directions I give you. Just because I didn’t go to medical school doesn’t mean I don’t know how to take care of my child.” She then continued to scream very offensive things to me. So I made her leave me house (not to mention this all happened on my birthday and I am also 4 months pregnant so I don’t need any stress added).
My husband agrees with me but wants me to let it go since she is known for this kind of behavior. I am so offended that someone would insult me as a mother and try to take over my child that I don’t know how I can ever let this go. We live so close to them and see them so often but now I can’t stand the thought of ever being around her again. My FIL is furious because he always told her that she was going to ruin her relationship with me someday and they would lose their time with their granddaugher. I feel really bad for him in this situation because he hasn’t done anything wrong but is missing out on time with his granddaughter because of his wife’s actions.
Should I let this go since it’s family and she obviously has no sense of boundaries and does not understand her role is not this child’s mother (when I was pregnant she said a couple different times that she wanted the baby to call her mama – we eventually told her than grandma was more appropriate). I am so angry and don’t know how I will ever get over this. Any advice is appreciated. Thanks.

Confused… Is It Period Or Implantation Bleeding?

My fiance and I had unprotected on the last two days of my ovulation window, im not on any type of birth control (weve been using with drawal method for a year now) menstrual cycle is always 30 days, ovulate 16 days into cycle, im supposed to get my period on the 28th of feb and for some strange weird reason I cant figure out last night after me and my fiance slept together I found that in the morning i was bleeding not alot and today aswell its enough to wear a panty liner but not enough to wear a pad
Ive never ever gotten my period a week or so early its very strange to me, I have had cramps and felt abit sick plus my boobs have been sore past couple of days and I never get sore boobs before I get my period thats why I thought my chances of being pregnant were good.

i work and live alone but,by my choice back in sept i found and met a friend w/ bennifits becasue i wanted quick adult company (ive had issues with men and healthy sex and have become cold over the years..2 time before ive had former FWB become my bf’s but we broke up later)anyway its usually pretty wham bam and leave with them.i expected the same from him but the 1st time we met HE wanted to stay and cuddle all night/morning HE said lets IM and we did everyday, he compliments me says we are freinds and when i spent the night at his place in dec. when we were back on i was going to leave but he said i can stay and eat/watch tv instead. – i always played it cool let him contact me 1st- he asked me to go to a concert. but in oct. he didnt speak to me for a week then he said we shoudnt talk and i was crushed TBH.i felt like i lost a friend/person yet again. but i IMd him in dec not expecting anything but he contacted me and we met b4 i left town/were back on. but in jan. i IMd him to hang out and he said he wasnt supposedly feeling this anymore and got kind of cold/rude , i asked him if he wanted to be friends but he said i was a baby for ‘asking’ him to be a friend and i was boring.i insulted him and we argued yet later he asked me to go a bar he was going to anyway??
we went and earlier he said i was a good friend for comforting him after we brought up exes,he teared up, his cheated on him in ’06.later we argued and made up twice because i didnt want to get sexual when we were sitting outside. he spent the nite w/ me and HE contacted me 3xs after the weird night. we spoke now and then on good terms but i purposly layed low.then 2+ weeks ago i IMd him and we spoke for hrs i mentioned i bought him a bday gift he said thanks etc. but before he left i said how i felt; ”i cant label it but i think i miss you..did you ever like me in genaral would you hang out” he said; ”u know i dont feel the same but thanks for honesty..youre cool we are friends right?..yes 1 of these days ill see you…i need my gift :p”

im between 5-6 weeks pregnant., ive had a partial molar pregnancy miscarriage 3 years ago and nothing since.
my hcg came back today as 7,683, some ‘helpful’ person decided to comment on a previous question and remind me that you have higher hcg levels with molars an now shes got me worried that im pregnant with another molar.
ive read what normal levels should be and the net says for 5weeks it can range between 18 to 7,340 so mines just over and now im really startin to freak out.
is this normal?

Christoper sleeps through the night and Caden wakes up at 12, 3 and 5 a.m. Normally and he drink a little bit of milk then goes back to sleep. Is this a normal schedule, are they eating enough? I’m a new young mommy I was only eighteen when I had them.
7 a.m.: Christopher wakes up and drinks 6 to 8 ounces of breast milk, then relaxes in the swing.
7 to 7:30 a.m. : Caden wakes up. 8 a.m.: Caden drinks 6 to 8 ounces of breast milk and relaxes in our other swing. Diaper changes.
8:30 to 9:30 a.m.: Playtime — tummy time
9:30 a.m.: More breast milk for Christopher, usually about 4 ounces.
10 a.m.: Nap for Christopher who woke at 7 a.m. Feeding time for Cadrn who woke at 8 a.m., usually 4 to 6 ounces.
10:30 a.m.: Naptime for Caden.
11:30 : feed christopher about 7.5 ounces of breast milk, he wakes up first normally — and I give him some baby cereal.
Noon: feed Caden, breast milk about 7 ounces
12:30 to 2 p.m.: Bouncer or swing time
2 p.m.: Feeding time for both babies — about 8 ounces of breast milk. They’re usually on the same schedule at this point.
2:30 p.m.: Naptime normally only a hour or a hour and a half.
4:30 p.m.: Feeding time — jar of veggies or fruit
5:30 p.m.: Relaxing with daddy.
6:30 to 7:30 p.m.: Bath time.
7:30 p.m.: Feeding time — 8 ounces of formula each.
8 to 8:30 : bedtime for both babies.

Period Comes After Being 18 Days Late?

I have been TTC for about 8 months now. I had my period on January 2nd for 4 days, and my periods are always the 1st 2nd or 3rd of every month. So, I should have got my period on february 3rd at the latest. In the month of January I had unprotected sex multiple times, esp around the time for my ovulation. Since about the 20th of January I have been feeling very nauseous, have headaches and constipated. As well as being extremely hungry and my breasts being very sore. I took a few preg tests, but they were all negative. My first pregnancy (my son is now 2) I had all negative tests until I had a blood test at 8 weeks. So, I was thinking that I was pregnant and it just was not going to show up on a pee test like before. But now here it is, the 20th of February, and I started bleeding when I woke up this morning. Is It To Late To Build Up My Breast Milk Supply After He Is A Month Old??!?

My baby is now a alittle bit over a month old and I have stopped breast feeding
when he was a week old. (which i regret..)
and after he was 2 weeks old i went to see a Lactationist to help me build up my milk supply,
now i am trying to go back to fully breast feeding. i have been pumping ( pumping 1 ounce the most), putting him on my breast and using about 3 to 4 oz of formula at each feeding.

Early Pregnancy Symptoms ..help Please?

These are my symptoms right now:
I have these cramps that come and go in the center of my lower abdomen
I had brown discharge when I wiped but now it seems to be gone
I am extremely tired
Breasts are sore
Not nauseous but not really hungry
Nipples have gotten larger
My body just feels weak and achy
I feel pressure on my cervix and my inside of vagina seems kinda swollen ..its like if i want to push something out.
I am really worried about miscarrying since the brown discharge and the cramping and weird pressure.
Do these symptoms sound normal. I have my next appt on Thursday with the family dr only to make my obgyn appt and get blood tested.

What’s The Chances Of This Being Pregnancy While On Birth Control?

For the past couple of days I have been having lots of runny, watery cm, so much that I have to go wipe because it feels so wet. About 3 days ago I had light brown spotting on the toilet paper when I went to pee, but that’s the only time it happened and that day I had sharp pains near my right ovary that day. I had a period about 2 weeks ago. And now for about two days I have been extremely gassy and using the bathroom for #2 more than I normally do… twice a day! And exhausted for about a week, my fiance has been noticing it and brought it to my attention that I’m sleeping a lot more. I’ve been on birth control for almost a year now (April will be a year) and I take it everyday and if for some reason I forget to take it I take 2 as soon as I get up the next morning. I skipped a pill about two weeks ago and it resulted in me getting a period, but I took the pill like I said as soon as I got up the next morning.
I was pregnant in 2010 and it ended in a miscarriage, so I’m not even sure what kind of “symptoms” I would even be looking for because all I really had before was being exhausted.
And PLEASE no rude answers saying “We dont know go take a test” I’m not wanting to waste any money on a test unless I have to. That’s why I’m coming to you all first. because I know that there is always a chance that it could happen.

Conception Confusion?

I have a regular period of 28 days. My fiance and I have been trying to conceive for about a year. We’re both very healthy. I had a normal cycle in Dec. and slept with another man in Jan and we used a condom. I’d also like to add considering his health, I don’t think he’s shooting with a full clip. I was under a lot of stress and my Jan cycle came 4 days late as well as being short to 3 days. I tested positive for pregnancy in Feb. Considering my cycles and average ovulation. I’ve counted over and over again on my calender and I’m finding no way for me to be ovulating during my oops moment. Anyone with similar situations who can comment. Exact dates where–cycle 1/18-23 however I was 4 days late so started 1/22-1/25. Cheated on 1/18 with condom. I’m counting ovulation during 1/28-2/3. Found out I was pregnant Feb. 16

Can You Start Trying To ‘boost’ Milk Supply/production Before Baby Is Born? Breastfeeding Advice!?

I am having my baby in 4 more sleeps if not before then. It is my 3rd child and I stopped breastfeeding earlier than I would have liked with both previous children due to problems when they were having growth spurts and increasing feeding
* first I started giving her formula at 3 weeks because she was constantly wanting to feed so I assumed that I was not making enough milk and after one day of non-stop feeding I gave her sup feeds without giving my supply a chance to catch up – I didnt know that this was how it happens.
* second I fed him for 3 months through growth spurts until he actually cut my nipple with his fingernail and it got infected. I continued to feed through the pain until I developed a really bad infection, then overuse of the other breast caused that one to become infected also and I ended up stopping : (
I really want to make it to 6 months+ with this new baby, when should I start taking fenugreek or something? Also my previous babies were 8 pounds 13 and 10 pounds 4, this baby was measured by scan 2 weeks ago to be 4kg at 36 weeks which is why I am having him/her a week before my due date. My last giant baby came out and had problems with getting low blood sugar because my milk took 4 days to come in and he was already very large and needed more to sustain him so if there is anything that can boost the colostrum at the start that would be handy too : )

I Got A Epridual Needle In My Spine And There Is Unbearable Pain ?

I had a baby girl 11 years ago and the anesthesiologist gave me a epridual needle befor the needle took effect then I had the baby and they left the needle in my back for 4 painfull days and I was screeaming throughout the 4 days they gave me pain meds I could not sit up to take care of my baby I told my husband to rub my back he noticed that they did not remove the needle from my back then my husband got the nurse and the nurse sended someone the next day later they took the needle out and it was crimped I came home still I couldnt take care of my baby I coulnt even call the paramedics know one could touch me cause of the severe pain it felt like someone ripped my spine out and I had no feeling in my leg I had severe loss of hair so bad I had to shave my head and now I have hair but still losing hair and severe headachs from my spine that part of it still feels sensetive and just so you know this is mt 5th child and this is the first time ive got the epridual shot ive seen several doctors and they said nothing know I cant exercise or lose weight this moment im still in pain after the 11 years please help me and or if you know anyone that can help me please reply as fast as you can please help asap

Toilet Seat Pregnancy Possible?

So a few weeks ago, I caved in to the urge to masturbate. I couldn’t do it in my room, so I did it in the bathroom. I don’t believe I came on the seat. I sprayed the floor, toilet, even even sink. I even sprayed a bit of disinfectant on the seat (though the can was almost empty).
The next morning my sister used the bathroom, and I’ve been worried ever since.
I know it’s EXTREMELY unlikely, but I really need reassurance. The possibility she got pregnant is simply horrifying.
Please, just help put my mind at ease.

Before Motherhood She Was a Woman

Just before she was a mother she was a single, working woman. She enjoyed her carefree life. She went to work, came residence, made herself something to eat, chatted on the phone with pals, and went out wherever she wanted at whatever hour. When folks asked her if she would marry and have youngsters one day, she may have said yes to marriage, but no to kids. The mere thought took her to a time when she cried far too often as a child wishing nothing more than to escape her dysfunctional family. She just didn’t want to be bothered comforting a child that might or may not grow up with the same worries and fears that she had, it was a gamble that she never wanted to take.

But then along came a man whom she fell in love and unexpectedly she became pregnant. It was then that she said goodbye to every thing that she had ever known. Now she is embarking into a new journey, all the even though persuading herself to accept motherhood despite her bitter feelings about it. “A mother says this, a mother does that,” she tells herself. Then she looks to other women, books, TV, and radio for each and every answer that mother’s intuition doesn’t give her.

This realization of having to crucify the old her and turn into the new her was the start of her crisis. There are those women who suffer with midlife and menopausal crisis, but there are other people like the new mother in this story who go from being a single, career-oriented, independent super woman of sorts to becoming a single mother vulnerable, lonely, and confused. A young woman who thought of children as nothing more than “cute”, now has to face the reality that spreadsheets, books, meetings, dating, and entertaining will have to be replaced with parenting books, doctors’ appointments, diapers, baby bottles, bibs, and significantly, a lot more!

Her family that she had no time for when she was busy studying for exams, winning accolades, and hanging out with buddies, is now an all too critical support system. Without her family, buddies, co-workers, church, government and strangers, she thinks, she could be like some of the ladies she read about or watched on television talk shows that became so emotionally and physically drained with the responsibility of caring for their children that 1 day they just snapped!

The mother who loses her job simply because of her pregnancy, the family who doesn’t like her choice in a man, the abusive partner who didn’t want a baby, religious leaders who will not accept childbearing outside of wedlock and so numerous other issues have sent several mothers to the mental institution or to their graves with broken hearts and tears.

As her baby becomes larger in her womb, she reflects on those simpler days when it was just “Me, Myself and I” like a chocolate craving, she yearns for the life she use to have. Her friends tell her, “Get over it.” She goes into hiding, “they are no comfort,” she tells herself. So she doesn’t bother answering the phone anymore, they no longer have too a lot in typical with her these days anyway.

The crying child, the unsupportive partner, the negative attitude of relatives, and the distance of pals have all contributed to her motherhood crisis. Other mothers like her by no means planned on having children either, but had them anyway understanding that they had yet to get over those extremely serious feelings of resentment, some thing that a mother who has accepted her role will never comprehend that is why she says issues to unhappy mothers that trigger far more harm than excellent, “You ought to be happy. Youngsters are from God. Just believe of all the ladies who can’t have children…” Although these mothers act as if they do not have a clue as to why the new mother feels depressed about how drastic her life has changed, some of these well-meaning mothers forgot or failed to mention how they struggled when they too first heard the news about their own unplanned pregnancies, they put on fake smiles too, all the even though thinking, “I don’t want this.”

Unlike her sisters who could bravely undergo an operation to rid themselves of something they couldn’t handle, the new mother on the other hand, had her child and wished she hadn’t. Although she doesn’t look like the kind, whatever “the type” maybe she doesn’t want children, she quite honestly doesn’t want hers so she is weighing all her alternatives. But she can’t tell anyone, since no 1 would realize. She is a mother crying on the inside each and every day, because she didn’t want youngsters. She doesn’t really feel the honor of being a mother, the adore of a mother, the insight of a mother, the compassion of a mother, she feels nothing but numb. She almost feels like she has been raped by a God who made her a mother even though she prayed, “Please don’t!”

Men and women around her mistake her eyes of tears for eyes of joy. What does she really feel joyful about when it’s tough for her to see the goodness of motherhood? The exact same God she feels has raped her will have to be the same God who will have to open her eyes to the joys of parenting. Several mothers are pained inside that they even really feel this way, but it’s tough when all they can see is another mouth to feed, an additional invite they have to pass up, yet another job supply they have to turn down simply because of childcare hours, yet another man who doesn’t want to date her since she has a child, another memory of a past she would rather forget, and so quite a few “anothers” too long to mention here.

What can you say or do for a new mother whose mind is in this state without being critical or bragging about how excellent you really feel about being a mother? She isn’t you or maybe you are her and have only been deceiving yourself for years. “I love children, but they can’t touch my issues, play on my furniture,or bother me,” some women say. “I love kids, but do not expect me to watch my grandchildren,” some grandparents say. “I love children, but I can’t wait until they get older so they can move out of my house!” many mothers say. Get my point?

Now that the new mother has given birth to her baby, she feels somewhat at ease, but still subconsciously she is hoping to have a speedy recovery and get back to work. Her child makes her disgruntled mother open her eyes much more and far more to the world around her, she starts to see other mothers like her, still disappointed with the choices they made in life including letting their unborn youngsters live. She questions those spankings mothers give their kids, “Could it be that they truly aren’t disciplining them, but hating them for their extremely existence?” What about those curse words they bestow upon their kids, “Could it be that the child reminds her of a poor selection she made years ago although dating?” What about those evil stares she gives her child when she thinks no 1 is searching? “Could it be the child represents her lost freedom?”

Even though I, you or any person who knows a mother similar to the one in this article grappling with her role, steer clear of the temptation to pass judgment, some of us could be regarded as delusional look at the way some mothers talk the talk of loving their kids, but aren’t walking the walk. Maybe this disappointed mother is representative of our truth and we are just too scared, busy, worried, or ignorant to bother with it? I would have said too content to worry over it as well, but it wouldn’t make sense because this write-up is not written for content mothers.

Maybe our depressed sister in motherhood is a lot more in touch with herself than we believe and all she requirements is somebody to show her where she can discover her peace of mind.

Do You Think That Today’s Music Is More About Marketing And Appearance Than It Is About Actual Talent?

I was on youtube earlier today and was just browsing looking at the hits number and like/dislike bar to see which songs were the most popular. I quickly noticed a very apparent trend “to me”. That most of the songs that were in my opinion well “less talented, less original” were the ones with the most hits. Now I realize that this is just my opinion. I cannot emphasis enough for you to remember that this is all just from my own opinion.
I noticed that Led Zeppelin’s Dazed and Confused only had 1,967,647 hits while other songs “more mainstream modern music” with a LOT of likes had more up into the 20-50 million hits. In my own opinion I believe that Led Zeppelin is one of the most iconic and influential bands of all time. Justin Beiber’s Baby had over 700,000,000 hits. While there were a lot of dislikes there were still quite a bit of likes when you consider the shear number of hits that he got.
I can’t help but feel like today’s society puts far more emphasis on the singer/bands physical appearance for marketing reasons than they do on actual talent. It seems like in today’s music industry its all about what people want to look at instead of what they want to hear. Now I may be wrong but I really don’t think that I am. Then again I would think this because it is my opinion…
I am just wondering if there are a lot of others out there who feel the same way that I do about this. In the grand scheme of this I am beginning to feel somewhat alone. That the music industry is going in a whole new direction that puts more emphasis on ones appearance and marketing ability than ones actual ability to produce amazing, influential and original music. It all just seems like the same repetitive crap anymore. Anyone else agree with me?
Keep in mind that I realize that music is all about preference for the most part but this is just such a strong opinion of mine.

Im Still Bleeding After My Period Is Over!?

here’s what happen … last month I didn’t get my period, and my bf and I freaked out.
I went to the doctor and took a pregnancy test …. came out negative.
So then, my doctor told me to wait a month and see if i get my period and if I don’t to come back.
That’s exactly what I did … hoping and praying that I got my period this month ….
It finally came! My period started on 01/18 and it was supposed to end on 01/21 or 22.
The thing is that I had the symptoms to know when it ened … but IM STILL BLEEDING!!!!

My Husband And I Never Get “intimate” Anymore After Our Daughter Was Born?

This is so hard to explain. So bare with me please: we have been together for 3 yrs
My daughter is 12 weeks old. Since she was born my husband and I have only had sex 4 times. Before she was conceived and during my entire pregnancy we had sex multiple times a day if not it was atleast nightly. Now.. I have to initiate it and do the majority of the “work”. He’s gotten so lazy.
I feel so unattractive. My body has changed. I have stretch marks, I’m breastfeeding, I have some baby weight that is sticking around. Since I’m breastfeeding I can’t safely diet. I do workout a little when she is asleep but not too much because I’m afraid I will lose too many of the calories my baby needs.
He supports me. He tells me he is so proud that im breastfeeding but some of the comments he makes.. Makes me feel disgusting. For example- I had a burp cloth that I had wiped my boob off with and he grabbed it and said why is this wet? And I said its breastmilk. And he got this terrible look on his face and said “oh great so I touch the baby and get it on my hand and then you give me this that has it on it too?” like real pissy. I can’t figure out why cows milk, from an animal he knows absolutely nothing about is so much better. If he spilt some on his hand he would just dry his hand. But my milk, his own wife he gets up and uses hand sanitizer. This happened all in the same day!
We still have a good relationship. We talk, kiss, occasionally cuddle,… Just no sex! I’m going crazy here. I’m 20, turning 21 in June. He is 23, 24 in May.
I feel like its because my stretch marks and baby fat make me unappealing. I know for a fact he isn’t cheating…
We just moved from TX to PA, the little one and him are all I have here. I’m incredibly lonely. I just want that closeness back so bad. During the week he goes to work comes home, eats and within an hour or so is asleep. On the weekends I have to try to get his attention away from his phone.
What do you think about all this?

Late Period, Negative Pregnancy Test..? :/?

I have irregular cycle but theyre always around 30-40 days apart
My last normal period was October 14th. I was expecting my period by thanksgiving. A few days after thanksgiving, still no signs of a period, I had some light pink spotting when I wiped once that day. Then a few days later, the same thing.
AND THEN, from December 5th, I had this light brownish tan discharge. It wasn’t like the dark brown blood you get when your on your period. It was like old brown blood mixed with normal discharge which mad it a light tannish color…. This lasted about for weeks til the end of December, and would be present when I wiped and sometimes it would be in my underwear.
That has never happened to me.
I took a pregnancy test today and it was negative. Absolutely no second line. I didn’t use first morning urine, but I’m guessing that that wouldn’t be in issue because I’d be far along enough for any urine to show up positive, right?
So was that four weeks of spotting a period then?
Even if it was, I would be late again anyways by now since it’s February 18th..
Ugh I’m so confused…
What do you think is going on?

I started noticing the symptoms of thrush yesterday, and it was uncomfortable to breastfeed, but this morning it was EXCRUCIATING to feed my baby! So I gave her a bottle of expressed milk and have been doing so all day. I was able to get some Diflucan today, and took the one pill, and it came with a second pill I take in 72 hours. I’m wondering when I can see results and less pain when feeding my baby. I’m terrified to try because of the painful experience this morning! Should I wait 72 hours? Or 24? i will try to keep this as short as possible,
im 17 years old and have been having unprotected sex for a year n half with my partner of two years, i have not missed a period but getting stomach cramps, back aches, VERY tender nipples, weeing a lot, tiredness, feeling sick, and brownish discharge.
to me this are symptoms are a sign of pregnancy. i have stayed very calm and not thinking to much of it because i have not missed a period, my periods have been diffrent for the last two months. lasting 4 days when normaly 6, going from light to normal then back to light, i have put on about 2-3 pounds aswell recently. so i did 3 hpt at the end of my last period all said negative.
now im due on in 5days and still getting all these signs so i did one yesterday and said negative too.

My names Juels, I am 21 ans very concerned right now. You see The last time I got my period was December 29 2011, It ended january 2 2012. Now I had not engaged in any kind of sexual activity untill
January 27th 2012.(most likely way past ovulation). Now during that week jan 20th through the 29th I noticed i had no premenstrual cramps which i always get. I thought nothing of it. The 30th of january rolls up and still no period(that would make me 1 day late). Eh no biggy right? Then the 31st, the first of feb, 2nd,3rd,4th,5th,6th,7th,8th,9th,10th,11t… 15th ,16th, 17th, and now the (18th) is here, and still NO period??????????????? The last prego test i took was a few days ago around the 15th. I took two dollar general test ones. Just a simple 1$. Negative. BOTH.
So im thinking my period has really got to be late then becouse about 4 days prior i noticed mild aching in my uterus. Last night was awful. My lower back hurt …ached so bad. I tossed and turned all night from side to side. Hip to hip. i was just soooo achey. I am never like that. Last time i was like that was 2 years ago and i was miscarrying . Only difference this time is i am not bleeding.
No blood whatsoever. Now here is where im lost. Doesnt a female usually ovulate 1week after her period? If i had sex on the 27th of january then it would have been to late. Plus i never EVER miss my period each month, not even by 1 day. Today i feel like i have been for the past 4 days. Like im going to get my period , mild achey feeling, lowerback hurts, lots of gass 0_0. I have no other sighns or symptoms of pregnancy.

My husband and my kids have the flu. Usually it passes me, but I’m worried, because I have a 5 day old daughter.
I know that if I get sick, my antibodies and all things good get passed over to the baby, but what if I don’t get sick? Does it increase her chances of getting sick? Or does it mean that I already have an immunity to that particular strain, so I’ve already passed the immunity to her?

I am breastfeeding, and the problem is that whenever I breastfeed her, she falls asleep after 10 or 15 minutes, so I lay her in her crib, then 15 minutes later – not even, she wakes up crying. Lately I’ve been trying to hold off on picking her up right away because then she’ll just want to be held constantly like what happened with my son
but another problem is that when I pick her up she nurses again right away, and then there’s no milk in my boobs left! Because they don’t have enough time to fill back up!
o,O what is going on? help anyone
also, this happens at nighttime so I have ended up sleeping with her laying on my chest, she wakes up to eat in the night but I’m half awake so I don’t even notice. But is this bad? Because it’s making me nervous that I’m not producing enough milk but how would I know if she’s eating literally every 20 minutes using all the milk up

I’m not THAT much of an expert, cause I havnt been able to breast feed past 2 mths, but yes… I got periods while b/feeding. A friend of mine breastfed for a long time, and in the space of 1 year, had 3 periods. So yes you get them, but they aren’t very regular.
P.s. Breastfeeding is NOT a contraceptive!!!!!! My hubby’s mum fell pregnant when my hubby was 6 weeks old (pretty sure it was their “first go” after he had him). He and his brother are only 10 months apart!! My point is, even when you don’t have your period, you still ovulate!

i had unprotected sex (pull out method) (not a smart move) with my ex boyfriend, boyfriend at the time on Feb 1st and again on the 3rd. Feb 4th nd 5th (afternoon of 4th until afternoon of 5th i had spotting of bright red which turned brownish rusty color however this was on the 14th/15th day of my cycle i have the usual 28/29 day cycle so it could have been ovulation spotting. My period is due either today or tomorrow and still not here. I am trying not to panic because I know stress delays periods. I am figuring on taking a pregnancy test on Monday if my period does not come by then. But that was only 4 days after the first time we had sex, i have read implantation bleeding occurs 6 to 12 days after intercourse mine was only 4 days after. is it still possible? i have been moody the past 2 days, and a little lower back pain not much cramping which i usually do get right before my period, i have a little so maybe it is just delayed. now i am craving chocolate but that could also all be a sign of my period coming. i was going to get a pregnancy test tonight on the way home from babysitting but i feel like it could still come so maybe i should wait until monday. has anyone have implantation bleeding just 4 days after? and i have heard implantation bleeding isnt very common. any ideas? has this happened to anyone? thanks.

Raising Kids Vegetarian – Will A Baby Fill His Nutritional Needs?

I’ve been vegetarian for 30+ years and it was very important for me to at least start my kids off not eating meat. Hubby (meat eater) reluctantly agreed plus we live in Iowa (meat culture) so I assume at some point they’ll eat meat but … My daughter’s almost 4 and does just fine. She likes veggies, grains, fruits, and wouldn’t touch a piece of meat with a 10 foot pole. My son is almost 1 and a total food hog in a way that she wasn’t. He eats EVERYTHING, and routinely tries to grab meat off my husband’s plate and makes a beeline for the wet/dry dog food when we forget to bring it up off the floor. Is he telling me that he’s lacking this in his diet? Should I ignore it and keep working in other sources of soy and grain proteins? I’m at a loss, because I want to fill his needs, I’m just not sure if he needs meat or is just hungrier or less picky that my daughter was. Thanks.

sorry if this is long but please read, right im so confused and i dont no if my mind is playing games with me or if i am pregnant? on january the 1st i came on my period which usally last for 6days. it didnt this time it lasted four. i didnt think anything of it. anyway i had my 22 day cycle about 1week before i was due on i started feeling really sick (mostly in morings) as time went on i started getting back pains stomach aches, tiredness, weeing alot, feeling very stressed, so being pregnant did cross my mind but not to th point where is was n my mind everyday, well i came on my period like clockwork put this one was alot diffrent than normal, i came on and the flow was farley normal by the time i was going to bed it was very light, when i woke up in the morning it was normal again and contiued like this for the rest of my period, which is usally normal the hole way threw, by the last two days of my period i wasent bleeding it was a light brownish reddy discharge. while i was on my period i was still getting all this symptoms but the idea of being pregnant went out my mind stright away as i came on. as time went on it started to get worse. my nipples are so tender sometimes to the point where i cant wear a bra! i have been wanting to have naps during the day and feeling ill. i did three pregnancy tests one before my period and two a few days after because non of this made sence well they all said negative. i am now due on in 6 days and still having this symptoms. so i took a test today and was negative as well! wats going on with me. i havent been thinking about it because i no your body can play games with u, i just dont understand is there a chance i could be pregnant ut still have a period? i have been taking folic acid for the past 3 days could this be giving me symptoms? please some one help sorrys t so long all answers are much appreicated thankyou xxx

Morning After Pill And Late Period, Please Read.?

I took the morning after pill (emergency contraception, plan b pill) a day after sex because the condom broke. The sex was 2 days after my period finished. A week later I experienced bleeding just like another period.
My periods are normally 6 weeks apart and it is now just over 7 weeks since my last proper period (just over 6 weeks since the bleeding started from taking the M.A pill).
I took a pregnancy test last week and it was negative and I’m a bit confused over whether I should be worried or not.
Anyone who can help explain?
